User Agreement

Object
This user agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the information and services offered by DIPLA. The user of DIPLA is deemed to have agreed to the terms of this user agreement and the agreement between the subscriber and Profisi bv of which the user is a member.

Profisi bv reserves the right to change this user agreement at any time.

Liability
Profisi bv cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or shortcomings in the data as stated on the site. This applies to both information placed on the site by Profisi bv itself, as well as information originating from users.

Incorrect data or shortcomings in DIPLA do not entitle to financial compensation. Profici bv is not responsible to users or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental damage, loss of profit or for any damage caused by its negligence or forgetfulness in providing, compiling, assembling, writing and interpreting information.

Profisi bv explicitly offers DIPLA "as is". For the technical realization thereof, the most advanced techniques are used. However, Profisi bv cannot be held liable for the (temporary) failure or possible malfunctioning of the system.

Profisi bv is not responsible for links to sites managed by third parties. Profisi bv exercises no control over the aforementioned websites and accepts no liability for their content. The inclusion of links to these websites does not mean that Profisi bv approves of the elements contained in these sites, and does not necessarily imply a collaboration between Profisi bv and the owners of these sites.

The information in DIPLA is periodically changed. Profisi bv reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the site at any time.

Intellectual property and copyright
Most of the content data in DIPLA is the property of a subscriber. DIPLA is only a tool to collect, store and process this data. The user explicitly acknowledges that the data provided (texts, graphic elements, etc.) are and remain the property of Profisi bv and/or the subscribers of which you are a user. Nothing from DIPLA may be used for reproduction, adaptation, distribution, sale, publication or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Profisi bv and/or the subscribers. It is also prohibited to store this information electronically or to use it for illegal purposes. Storing information from the site in a database is not permitted, with the exception of the automatic 'caching' of the information by a browser.

Agreement with the subscriber.
The user gains access to DIPLA through a DIPLA subscriber.
All subscribers have an Agreement with Profisi bv for the use of DIPLA.
The user is bound by all conditions contained in this agreement.

Evidence and applicable law
Belgian law applies. Parties accept that electronic communication between them has the legal force of written evidence. In case of disputes or disagreements, only the courts of Hasselt are competent.
