What is DIPLA?
DIPLA stands for Digital Platform Landscape Management and was initially started under the wings of the Regional Landscape Lage Kempen.
DIPLA is a progressive and easy online software platform to tackle your maintenance services from idea, plan to execution and adjustment in a truly digital and efficient way.
DIPLA consists of several modules that work seamlessly together according to the need of the customer. The basic module "management and execution" works as follows:

DIPLA consists of several modules that work seamlessly together according to the need of the customer. The basic module "management and execution" works as follows:
A good plan starts with an inventory. During the inventory, you determine the correct geographical location for each element and determine its properties using questionnaires.
Next, on the basis of the inventory and vision for this area, you choose the management process that best fits this element.
The strength of DIPLA is that at that moment your plan is ready.
DIPLA calculates immediately on the basis of the inventory and the chosen management processes
These reports give you insight into your plan.
On the basis of these insights, you adjust the plan until it reaches the desired objectives.
DIPLA is the ideal tool to make realistic, affordable and feasible plans.
DIPLA will then generate the desired tasks for each element on the basis of this feasible plan.
You can then pass these tasks entirely digitally to the people on the field.
With the help of the MyDIPLA app anyone who is involved with a task can register measurements about this.
Think of "ready", "check ok", "hours performed", "biomass registration", ... but also photos.
DIPLA also offers you the opportunity to use these task measurements to evaluate your management process or inventory method and to adapt it to the reality or current needs.
DIPLA helps you to record all learning trajectories in your organization in this way and to be a learning organization together with your colleagues.
But you only have as many eyes on the field as your number of employees or executors. Notifications within DIPLA have been developed let extra people help you in keeping an eye on the field.
Their feedback is sometimes a one-time incident, but often their notifications point to a deeper underlying problem:
It is important that the link between all parts is not broken. Everything stays digital.
DIPLA is built on the idea that you achieve more than alone.
DIPLA not only offers the possibility to set up learning and improvement processes within your organization. DIPLA also encourages the different users to exchange data and manage the landscape together.

- a management plan
- an implementation plan
- a cost estimate
- an estimate of material and working hours
- ...
These reports give you insight into your plan.
- What will it cost me?
- Are there years with far more costs?
- How many working hours do I have to provide for this?
- ...
On the basis of these insights, you adjust the plan until it reaches the desired objectives.

- Does it take as much time as we thought?
- Are we on schedule?

Their feedback is sometimes a one-time incident, but often their notifications point to a deeper underlying problem:
- The maintenance plan is not good.
- There is too little support for the management conducted.
- Sociological problems. Think of vandalism or illegal dumping in the same area.
